Scott is an engineer/scientist turned software developer who founded Snowbound Solutions to bring creative, current and useful products to the snow and avalanche community. Scott’s curiosity leads him to constantly read and learn about new things, then imagines ways to bring them into our services. His creativity has led the way for organizations to reimagine how they visualize weather in order to operate more efficiently. Scott holds a BA in Civil Engineering and PhD in Geophysics from Boise State University where he first built an avalanche infrasound system. Scott is based in Boise, Idaho where he enjoys exploring by skis and mountain bike.

Clark’s background includes developing software for the emergency services and natural disasters industries. He has also worked as a GIS analyst for both the public and private sectors. In a past life, he was a full time backcountry ski guide and avalanche educator.
